As a gaming community incubated by Nestcoin, MetaVerse Magna (MVM) transitioned from a P2E gaming guild to a social gaming and eSport platform named Hyper.

Brief and Goals
During my 6-month tenure as a Senior Product Designer at Nestcoin, I was tasked with enhancing the Hyper app and introducing features to increase user engagement and retention. The primary goal was to create a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience for the target audience of gamers and game enthusiasts.
Design Process and Methods
To achieve the project goals, I employed a Lean UX approach, adapting to the short project timelines. For the daily streak feature, I conducted competitive analysis to understand how other game apps gamified daily engagement. By leveraging colorful animations and illustrations, I designed seamless user flows, wireframes, and end-to-end clickable prototypes. Collaboration with the Product Manager and Researcher enabled me to gather valuable insights through user interviews and iterate based on data-driven decisions.
Solution and Rationale
The core of my design solution was the implementation of the Daily Streaks feature, which rewarded users for completing tasks daily. This gamification strategy aimed to keep users engaged and motivated to use the Hyper app consistently. I optimized the user experience for delight and speed, ensuring that the design aligned with the overall visual language and brand identity.
Results and Impact
The impact of my work on the MVM gaming platform was significant. By revamping the UI/UX, we were able to reduce bounce rates by 25% and increase user retention by 15%. The introduction of the Daily Streaks feature resulted in a 30% increase in user engagement and a 20% growth in daily active users.
